1977 – Real estate license and began selling land.  Managed land sales companies in Hawaii, Guam, and Puerto Rico.
1987 – Incorporated first company – Hawaiian American Land Company – for land sales in Colorado.
1992 – Incorporated The Land Company for land sales in Colorado, Oregon, and Arizona.
1996 – Incorporated Camino Real Land Corporation for land sales strictly in Arizona.  This is today the main operating entity which specializes in development of Sunsites and Sunsites Ranches in Cochise County, Arizona.  Camino Real has sold over $50 million in this endeavor with a team of real estate professionals who make land ownership easy and affordable.
