CatchMan03.jpg     At the southern end of the Golden Corridor lies the metropolitan area of Tucson.  And although the majority of Arizona's largest high-technology companies are located in the greater Phoenix area, Tucson is gaining a stronger presence every day.  Of the 50 fastest growing high-technology firms in the state, 16 of those companies -- including 4 of the top 15 -- have chosen Tucson as the place to expand their operations.  Why?  An excellent, highly skilled labor base is one good reason.  The community to also large enough to attract major raw material suppliers and offers a wide selection of available industrial space.  Being close to the Mexican border is another advantage of the Tucson area -- trade between the U.S. and Mexico is accelerating and should continue to build over the next few decades and beyond.

Unit2-MonasteryView.jpg     According to Arizona State University researchers, sunny Arizona will undoubtedly be a prime retirement destination for America's Baby Boomers.  But the news only gets better:  based on the H.S. Dent Forecast predictions, a 40% vacation home boom is just around the corner -- even without the Baby Boomer influence!  Known for setting marketing trends, this powerful post-WWII population crowd is primed to receive inheritance money.  What's one of the first and most savvy investments they'll be making?  Real estate, of course!  Today's vacation property automatically becomes tomorrow's retirement retreat.

Bisbee, Arizona -- just down the road from Sunsites properties -- is ranked among the new resort towns that show promise of surging growth.  This sleepy little mining town just 90 miles southeast of Tucson, populated primarily by artists, is just being discovered by upscale tourists.  Featured here is the "Old West" hotel and saloon, a plethoraof arts and crafts shops, trendy restaurants and quaint coffee shops.  The attractive desert mountain climate afforded by the 5,000 foot altitude makes this area an ideal retreat in all four seasons.

So what does Bisbee mean to you, the investor?  A local Tucson newspaper referred to Bisbee as the "next Aspen," while Rolling Stone magazine calls it the "next Santa Fe."  Real estate prices in the area have doubled and even tripled over the past five years.

The next Aspen?  The next Santa Fe?  Imagine the ramifications of that explosive growth!  Property experts are advising the wise investor to purchase land at "young property" rates outside of the Bisbee area and then wait patiently as the boom overtakes their property -- most likely within the next 3 to 10 years.

And what properties fit that description perfectly?  Sunsities, of course!

Why do many people choose Arizona as THE place to retire or relocate?  Fantastic climate, job growth, recreational opportunities -- absolutely.  But Arizona is one of the few places that offers newcomers an outstanding quality of life and a low cost of living.

Food prices, utilities, taxes, housing...every aspect of daily living is available for less in Arizona.  Imagine buying oranges at 25 cents a pound, fresh turkey at 79 cents a pound, or a 10-pound bag of potatoes for just 59 cents.  Envision building your brand new home in Arizona starting as low as $60,000 for a 2-bedroom, 2-bath with a 2-car garage.  A minimal down payment and your good credit is all you need to get started.  Little wonder that Arizona is breaking growth records year after year.
