beautiful.jpgReal estate markets have hit rock bottom with 1 acre home sites now $89 a month the cost of a cable bill in some areas. Camino Real Land Corporation the parent company of Sunsiteslandrush.com is now making it possible to own 1 acre of the historic American West for just $89 a month. This low payment makes it easy to own premium land in Southeastern Arizona, just a one hour drive from Tucson International Airport. Big, beautiful lots are being sold at liquidation prices. Ricardo Pomar, owner of Camino Real Land Corporation and Sunsiteslandrush.com said these unprecedentedly low real estate prices were a reaction to the economy. He stated, "We need to get this economy moving. Let's get these land prices down and affordable."

As the largest owner of land in the area, he has made this a reality: big acre lots are now being sold for only $89 a month, with guaranteed financing and a full year to inspect your property. Pomar also backs these land deals with an amazing guarantee to inspire the most demanding real estate buyers. He offers either an exchange for another lot or a one year money back guarantee to anyone that is not happy with their purchase.

When asked how and why he would offer these low prices and generous terms, Pomar further added, "With the economy the way it is banks and stocks can disappear, go bankrupt or become worthless. On the other hand, land will always be here, will be used, and will always go up in value. This is why land is the basis of all wealth - Land can be lived on, can be used for growing food, and can always be passed on to our children, one generation to another. This is the American way of doing things, but sadly it's disappearing and we want to help people reconnect with the dream of owning their own piece of America. Buy land today and watch it grow in value--Guaranteed!"

Finding the best property for sale for retirement

Are you looking forward to retirement?  Do you know where you want to live?  During this market it is smart to start thinking about buying property or lots for sale for your retirement home.  Consider the weather, the community, your view, and how close you want to be to your neighbors as well as what activities and amenities are around you.

I asked a friend of mine what his plans were and he answered right away.  He said he is going to buy property for sale in Arizona where he can purchase cheap land to build his house facing the mountains and see the sunset every night.

According to The Arizona Republic on July 25th, "Compared to California, Arizona has lower taxes, cheaper land, less regulation and lower average wages, which all mean reduced costs for employers."  Companies from Florida and even Europe have submitted applications for solar and wind power plants said the same source on May 30th.

My Friend also said he has picked out a lot in Sunsites, Arizona (www.sunsiteslandrush.com) where the mailman knows your name and the ice cream parlor knows your favorite flavor.  He was definitely looking forward to his dream, are you getting ready for yours?

Low Tax States are High Growth States!

Tucson, A Metropolitan City an Hour Away.jpg

Why does the American population continue to shift from the East and Midwest to the West and the South? Certainly an escape to more favorable weather and a more active outdoor life plays a part in this migration, but the states that are losing population are also higher tax states. And those that are growing are lower tax states.  After all, paying less in taxes allows you to keep more of the money you earn.  The same level of income gives you a higher standard of living!

From the tax perspective to every other factor of livability and desirability, Arizona continues to be one of the nation's most desirable and fastest growing states. In the mid 20th century, Arizona was associated with active retirement communities, seasonal residents and winter visitors. Throughout the '80s and '90s and the opening decade of the new millennium, Arizona has hovered near or at the top of the nation's growth charts! Today, this state of breathtaking natural beauty claims a dynamic, mixed population that is younger than the national average! The state's median age is 34.2 compared to the national 35.3 years.

However, individuals are not the only ones interested in lower taxes and keeping more of their money. Lower tax burdens and lower infrastructure costs make Arizona an extremely favorable place to do business. The February 2009 issues of Chief Executives Magazine ranked Arizona 8th nationally for jobs and business growth. At the same time, Arizona was Number 10 on the list of Best Places to Live in the Gallup-Healthways Well-Being Index.

Throughout the last 30 years of rapid growth, expansion and diversity, Arizona has not lost its appeal as the perfect place to retire.  Reece Halpern, founder of GoodTimes.com, the most trafficked Internet magazine for those who are age 50 and older, cites Arizona among the top three places in the world for those who plan to retire on a fixed income.  He praises Arizona's healthy desert climate with its low humidity and average year-round temperature of 70 F degrees. Arizona also offers excellent air quality with the exception of its metropolitan centers. Abundant open space, world-class recreation, mild and sun-drenched weather, a comparatively low cost of living, and the popularity of single-level ranch-style homes are other advantages that appeal to retirees. And the Arizona tax structure wins again: According to the Arizona Department of Revenue, the state repealed its estate tax and has no gift or inheritance tax. Best of all, Arizona does not tax Social Security benefits or railroad retirement benefits.
