Is California buying cheap land in Arizona?

According to The Arizona Republic on July 25th, "Compared to California, Arizona has lower taxes, cheaper land, less regulation and lower average wages, which all mean reduced costs for employers."  Companies from Florida and even Europe have submitted applications for solar and wind power plants said the same source on May 30th.

Just like individuals who are falling in love with areas like Phoenix and Tucson, many businesses are seeing the growth potential in Arizona.  While only a one hour plane ride from all the amenities of California's Coastline, Arizona has affordable acreage and housing.  The housing market is beginning to make a comeback and buyers looking for Arizona land are taking advantage of the current low prices.

Are the Arizona lots for sale good for long term investment?

The Southwest is becoming extremely popular as the rest of the country and people overseas see the potential for development.  Arizona land has almost no pollution, low risk of natural disasters and more than 300 perfect days a year of sunny weather.  Purchasing property for sale in Arizona is a smart move as the closest states (Nevada, California, Utah) are fast becoming unaffordable due to rapid development.  The really affordable acreage comes in semi-developed land.  There are Arizona lots for sale (www.sunsiteslandrush.com) close to amenities but with full building potential that you determine yourself.  Arizona also has one of the richest resources in her National parks.  About 45% of Arizona is Federal land with historical monuments, beautiful national parks and cultural icons.  Purchasing  Arizona land as acreage or housing lots will be a great investment as property values rise over the next five, ten and twenty years.

Affordable Acreage

|

In this down economy there has never been a better time to find affordable acreage.

CNN Money.com (10.7.03) said "one hint for investment hunters: Look where the paved road ends.  Land that's outside city limits, but in the path of development, can appreciate dramatically when new infrastructure (road, city water and sewer) goes in."

Arizona land owner Ricardo Pomar of SunsitesLandrush.com took their advice and purchased thousands of affordable acres of land in what is now called Sunsites, Arizona.  Since his purchase they have built a five star golf course, a town of amenities, shops, restaurants and much more.  Ricardo believes everyone can benefit from Sunsites because it is not just a piece of land but a community. Ricardo believes in his purchase so much that he offers buyers a no-risk investment opportunity of zero down payment, zero interest and a money back guarantee. "No one else offers these terms.  I am giving people the opportunity to own great property for sale in Arizona.  I think affordable acres that are quality property should be priced so everyone, your mom, dad and family can buy a piece of America."

Arizona Land, not what I had expected.

As my parents get older I hear them talking about property for sale in Arizona.  I always thought of Arizona as a hot desert that you only drive through to see the Grand Canyon.  Then I visited a friend in Sunsites, Arizona (www.sunsiteslandrush.com). He had horses and cattle and had purchased some Arizona lots specifically for building his own ranch.  I couldn't believe the weather since it didn't get above 80 degrees my whole trip and the views...I was in love with the mountains and the sky and the ranch.  I thought I would be stuck in air conditioning all day but was able to go hiking in the national park and horseback riding around the ranch.  I felt like I should apologize to Arizona for the comments I had made but instead vowed to visit again and enjoy the Arizona land I had become friends with.  Sunsiteslandrush.com had amazing specials on Arizona land and even more amazing offered their land with no credit checks and no money down.  Visit their website to find out more and don't judge Arizona without ever seeing its beauty and you'll be surprised like i was.

|
368.jpg     "If Saturday night's VIP opening was any indication, Benson residents are in for a treat as Gracie's Station, a new restaurant on State Route 90, officially opens its doors to the public this week.  With more than 150 guests, Maggie McEnery, owner of Gracie's, her family, architects, city officials and construction workers celebrated the completion of the 12,000-square-foot restaurant.
Mayor Mark Fenn said after touring the facility that it was going to be a great addition to the Benson community.  'The facility was very nice and will be appreciated by the residents," Fenn said. "The food and service were excellent and hopefully an indication of how it will be run. I think the McEnery family made a good investment and has done a great job for our community.'  The new restaurant will bring more upscale dining to not only travelers along Interstate 10 and SR-90, but also to Benson residents."      -Thelma Grimes
Located just 20 miles away from Sunsites, Gracie's Station will surely be a welcome addition to the growing South-Eastern Arizona community.
